What we take away
Sofas, mattresses, wardrobes, fridges and freezers, broken furniture, bags of household clutter and the odds and ends a home gathers over the years all go in the van. A single tired armchair or a whole flat's worth after a clearance is the same service, simply scaled to what is in front of us.
A handful of items are handled under different rules, fridges and certain electricals among them, and we will tell you up front what we can take and deal with those correctly.
We carry it out, you do not
Unlike a skip, nothing has to be dragged to the kerb, which counts when the property is up a Bath hill or a couple of floors above the street. We come inside, carry the items out ourselves and load the van. The heavy, awkward part is on us.
Down from a top-floor flat, up from a cellar, or out of a shed at the foot of a sloping garden, we will reach it and carry it out.
Where it actually ends up
The destination matters. We separate what can be reused or recycled from what has to go to a licensed waste site, rather than tipping it down a lane. That protects you as well, since fly-tipped waste traced to a household still lands the householder with the fine.

How the price is worked out
Clearance is priced on how much there is, usually by the space it fills in the van, plus the access at the property. Describe roughly what needs to go and we will give you a fair figure.
